if we accepted PEDs in sports, doesnt that mean these athletes would start using at younger ages? do we really want 18 year olds on PEDs?![]()
OK, and what is your point? It would obviously become much more widespread between various sports if PEDs were allowed. These kids would HAVE to start using to keep up.
Where do you live? Where I grew up, half the football players were on steroids.
My point is that most kids who are good enough to move on to the next level are already on something.OK, and what is your point? It would obviously become much more widespread between various sports if PEDs were allowed. These kids would HAVE to start using to keep up.

Please people stop saying that HGH is a steroidHGH is not a steroid
I seriously don't see the issue with althletes using HGH. Its frustrating to know that pro sports is against HGH. Why wouldn't teams want a strong and healthy workforce?
If Tom Brady,Peyton, Adrian Peterson, LeBron, Melkly Cabrerra etc (The faces of franchices) somehow get injured, why wouldn't you as an organization or as a league want those players to be back on the field/court quickly to continue performing at a high competitive level.
HGH isn't even illegal, its simply banned by professional sports. HGH is perscribed to millions of Americans daily (men, women, children, underdeveloped babies, cancer patients etc)
There are so many medical/performance benefits of HGH. I'm willing to be that in 10-15 yrs HGH will be legal for use in pro sports.
This is my ONLY issue with PEDs. I don't want kids to feel the pressure to have to use them in order to make it to the pros. Other than that, I'm fine with it, especially if it's just to help with injuries and recovery time. HGH should be legal. Anybody can walk into a wellness clinic, especially down here, and get HGH legally. Professional sports ask for way too much physical sacrifice from players to deny them the ability to be healthier and avoid injuries.OK, but thats not really my point.
Do we now want the kids, who probably have no shot at a career in pro sports, and who arent on THAT level taking PEDs at a young age to try and make it?

And let's keep it real. Kobe probably got something illegal in Germany to help him recover from his knee injury. And I have no problem with that.
