You do know if you are in a area that is complete dark sort of like the South back roads etc... you will see Spirits.

Anyway my current home is has two to three spirits roaming around. The first one I had notice was this little white girl dressed in a 1940s attire and she looked lost had ponytails etc... I was laying in my bed and she came to me. Son at the time was 4 use to see her all the time and just ignored her. We have to keep his lamp light on at night because he see spirits.

Talking to my spirit advisor and some Spanish old head in the botanical store they told me to light white candles in the house which I done and haven't seen her since.

Some tips
Place salt around your windows and doors to keep out bad spirits
Bless your presence create a shrine for dead relatives or dieties. Never alive folks
Another tip: If you feel negative energy or if your home is haunted. To find out place Salt Vinegar in hidden places through the house if it turns a color like yellow ex...you have a presence there.

I never believed in this stuff. I have plenty of reasons to see spirits and demons, yet never have. Same with that sleep paralysis thingy, so I'm not sure what kind of stuff ya getting into that you experience these things.

Idk about no spirits or ghost but sometimes when i go to sleep i wake up and cant move or talk , i can see and hear but i cant move , and every time it happen it be feeling like somebody in da room like in a corner dat i cant see cuz i cant move , shyt be scary as hell , i be telling people but nobody be knowing what i be talkin bout , some oldhead i kno jus said cuz i aint living right but it gotta be something more than dat , like a real explanation , i hardly sleep cuz i dont be wanting dat shyt to happen

Never seen ghosts outright, just in glimpses when my eyes are out of focus. I have felt "presences" kinda like when you feel someone watching but there's no physical person there for me to pinpoint where it's coming from.
