Let's discuss Spirits and Ghosts for a minute

I'd love for those people who believe in ghosts/spirits to explain their metaphysics/theology that drives it.


Like,if you believe that it's God's doing, why? What's he messing around with?

If you don't believe in God, then what is your physical explanation behind what is happening?

If you don't have a coherent explanation, then how do you know that what you are seeing is a spirit/ghost, and not, say, a demon unrelated to any real dead person, or just a psychological phenomenon as has been explained many times before?


I've experienced some pretty deep spiritual phenomenon, but never seen anything that could be called a spirit/ghost, and in my younger days I went certain places and tried. I was alone in the dark a LOT.

Dont belive that ghosts are spirits of the deceased that cant "crossover".

Its simple demon activity. They will appear to you in a form that will most likely appeal to you or get your attention. They will draw you and your family in. Your young son already has the seed planted that ghosta are out there and he has to fight them.

You will turn to spiritualist the majority of whom i think are probably demon possessed and may or may not know it.

I have had the misfortune of seeing some shyt. The only thing that made me move out of a house was bloody hand prints on a wall and I lived alone. Except for the gardner who lived at the staff qauters.

I was tipped of by a neighbour that someone (someone i knoq and was close to) was coming and carrying out rituals in the yard. I never locked the gate. But the house was locked and im the only one who had locks to the house. In Zim we have thick iron bars/grills. You would need a bolt cutter or blowtorch to get through them. Dont know if they managed to pick the lock and get in. But living alone I got good quality locks. I never gave anyone a copy of my keys or the keys incase they made a copy.

Anyhoo. I set a trap and I caught the person red handed carrying out the ritials. I havent had anything to do with the people. I caught the person with another person. I fired the gardner thanked my neighbour and turned it into a rental property. The tenants never spoke of seeing anything and the current one has been in there for years.

Culturally i should have worked it out with the person. But i say fukk that. No one is perfect but when someone makes a move to intentionally hurt you then to hell with them.

I guess the white candles and salt thing is universal. Im Zimbabwean and there are a lot of salt prayers. I wasn't prepared to stay in the house and be shaking salt round the house and become a nervous wreck. I chose to move.

The bible says when someone dies they cant help or hinder you. Not sure what other religious or spiritual texts say. But once someone dies they are gone from this world. So i think these ghosts/spirits are demons teying to draw folks in.

My grandmother didn't believe in spirits which is weird because she was from the straight South Carolina country side but she was very religious. I use to tell her they were real and I seen them she be like nonsense boy lol until one day her husband had died from pancreatic cancer and the next day in the house at night while she was in her room every single appliance and light came on. Kitchen microwave televisions lights everything she went downstairs like wtf and she believed ever since. I use to hate coming to her house because I sense him there all the time especially upstairs and he didn't die in the house.

9 times out of 10 that's not the case I use to get sleep paralysis every night when I slept alone in my old house but I knew it wasn't the case because right before it occurs I would feel the weight impression by my head on the bed and then it would occur where I couldn't move or talk. I could open my eyes but I was a bytch back then lol don't want to open my eyes to a spirit watching me sleep.

If thou professeth to be Christian and a believer of Jesus the Christ, then such advice is rendered futile. If ye claimeth to be of another belief, than so be it.

I don't believe in organized religion I believe it is a detriment to humans as there are energies and powers we can have as people that is limited with religion. There is another world we living in and why not tap into it. Christianity has been b*stardized.

I never believed in this stuff. I have plenty of reasons to see spirits and demons, yet never have. Same with that sleep paralysis thingy, so I'm not sure what kind of stuff ya getting into that you experience these things.

You do know if you are in a area that is complete dark sort of like the South back roads etc... you will see Spirits.

Anyway my current home is has two to three spirits roaming around. The first one I had notice was this little white girl dressed in a 1940s attire and she looked lost had ponytails etc... I was laying in my bed and she came to me. Son at the time was 4 use to see her all the time and just ignored her. We have to keep his lamp light on at night because he see spirits.

Talking to my spirit advisor and some Spanish old head in the botanical store they told me to light white candles in the house which I done and haven't seen her since.

Some tips
Place salt around your windows and doors to keep out bad spirits
Bless your presence create a shrine for dead relatives or dieties. Never alive folks
Another tip: If you feel negative energy or if your home is haunted. To find out place Salt Vinegar in hidden places through the house if it turns a color like yellow ex...you have a presence there.

When the flesh dies, that is it. No where in scriptures is this promoted where men see the heavens retaining the same similitude of their flesh or roam the earth as ethereal bodies. Certain figures, most notably..Enoch, Elijah and Yahshuah (Jesus) were transfigured from their earthly bodies into a new celestial body as the exception but even still, they do not inhabit the same plane as the flesh does..to "haunt" men in memorial.

The consciousness of that person returns to another plane of existence, the so called breath of life, at the time of death. The ghosts that are seen, have been correctly interpreted by most in this thread. The Earth is known as a place of Hell, a resting place of the fallen from the Antedilluvian period and their sons who are restricted to roam the Earth until the judgment is completed. These very spirits are the very ones that will be unleashed in the form of new bodies, those terrestrial and those celestial to kill a large portion of the human populace in the seventh seal.

Once you open that door beckoning "spirits" to come forward, you can't anticipate what will come forth unless you directly summon a particular entity.
