Lot of layers I'm sure, but basically Max came home from prison, got put on, started acting reckless, caught that charge, Jones did some bullshyt had him sign his masters away to get out, and they hated each other til the end.

Jim Jones made Max B sign over his publishing to post his bail. Then Jim Jones had Sen redo all of Max B's hooks, and re-released the songs w/o giving Max credit for the melodies & verses. Max didnt need attention. By MOB 2 people were more interested in Max than Jim Jones. Hell, Max has more buzz doing a life sentence than Jim does free. You can form your own opinion but at least get your facts straight.

He got more attention after he beefed with Jim Jones then he did before. Also Max had already signed to Jim before he caught his case & right after Max was first bailed out he was still reppin Byrdgang...Max himself never really could give a concrete reason why he flipped on Jimmy
