you have to be on your shyt. its not like you telling lil timmy to calm down. you are telling lil timmy's dad not to stab himself, not to attack another inmate or the nurse, and you have to let lil timmy's dad know that you don't mind losing this job if it means you go home to your kids at the end of the night. truthfully they are easy to get along with. as long as you respect them and dont show fear. i've had inmates look out for me on what other cos were doing cause they were on some bs. really they want to be heard. most people just brush them off and leave but if you can give them a few minutes they cool.

yea i almost quit saturday

theres's this old guy named jesse black bout 50/60 i'm 6'5 260 jesse my height built like snoop.
