I'm for the death penalty if you shoot and hit an innocent person. An eye for an eye basically. I don't care if you black, white, yellow. You shoot and kill someone innocent by accident and it gets proven in the court of law that the other person was in fact innocent you get the electric chair. This is a great solution for 2 reasons. First you can't claim that people are being put to prisons for profit and second the American taxpayer doesn't have to cover living expenses of a murderer.

One of my English professors in college who was grew up on the south side of Chicago in the 70s-90s says both he and alot of other people in the area liked the bill because it took the most dangerous people in the hood off the streets . Ive heard similar sentiments from other people his age aswell.

crime has dropped in cities because of gentrfication, poverty has moved to the suburbs and crime has increased there, has nothing to do with the police.
