Lets Keep it a Bean, would a WWE/UFC crossover event work?

Didn't TNA tried and failed with this concept when they did it with AJ Styles and Frank Trigg years ago? Would be the same results if WWE try it...

Aj carried that shyt tho.

There is no one aj level jn the history of wrasslin . who can work opposite aj at that level. Sohh it was logically scrapped. Before it could cause death of promotion damage. If i remember right.
Aj's chain wrasslin sequences wirh daniels. Revolutionized the indies wholeheartedly. Sohh at this time in workrate and psychology. Aj was god level in innovative chain wrasslin. To cover up or make this forgotten and not a lasting blemish on the promotion, indies and his own draw's convincability.

If i remember right.
this was in jarrett's older version of tna. Back when jarrett was still in the way.
being a golden spoon nepo baby.
Still holding the card hostage. Pigeon holing aj early on.

UFC fans complain about there being no stars.

WWE is in a much better place.

But, I would love to see Alex Pereira in a WWE ring.

UFC model was never truly sustainable in the long run.

Paying ppl peanuts unless they become Jon Jones level caused lesser talented fighters to rely antics (Connor McGregor) to make money/get ovrr with fans.
And one missed punch can knock you out and dead your momentum as a up coming fighter.

Now they guy who knocked you out has the juice, then he catchea a surprise punch or taps next fight and now he's a nobody again.

Paying ppl meager purses and they have trainers to pay, agents etc. they wind up with almost nothing.

OOnce the cultural/societal allure of being a cage fighter wears off, there's not much left

And there's no Ali act to protect the fighters, so all the MMA promotions will always take advantage of them :francis:

The fukked up part is they're trying to get the Ali act altered. Dana and his Saudi buddies want a promotion that ultimately will pay boxers shyt money too.
