You goofy bytch ass nikka. I went to a couple of HBCUs wit plenty of nikkas and bytches from New Orleans and aside from a slight French twang on your otherwise country accents y'all fit right in with the rest of the South.

You always tryna distance new Orleans from the rest of the South. Corny ass try hard nikka, you reek of low self esteem. Go die nikka.

New Orleans nikkas is country as hell.
:russ::mjlol: Go around any New Orleans nikka and he gonna call u country :dead: Baton Rouge is a hour away and them nikkaz know we ain’t the same, we will call them country in a second, cause they is, we don’t fit in together. Southern university is in Baton Rouge and they country as fukk

When you got mush mouthed nikkas like Gucci Mane and Young scooter going around calling nikkas country then the slur country loses its original meaning.

New Orleans nikkas is country as hell and you come off as extra fukkin lame for tryna distance yourself from the rest of the South. You a try hard that wanna fit in wit some up north nikkas.

It's a reason up top don't fukk wit any of new Orleans top rappers past or present other than Jay electronia who got all his shyt from NYC and is actually not country in comparison to the rest of you swamp swimming bamas in new Orleans, it's because you nikkas are and are considered by everyone outside of new Orleans as fukking country. Imagine a redneck from New Orleans thinking he different from a redneck from say Georgia.:mjlol:you goofy as shyt nikka. Truth is you nikkas prolly think that French influence make you different on some "I got some Cherokee in my family" on some c00n thot shyt.

And why you tryna drag baton rouge into this in true try hard bytch nikka fashion, "Uh Uh that's them see they the country ones" real symptoms of a snitch bytch nikka.

:russ::mjlol: U country bytch stop responding to me. Gucci Maine and scooter is def country. And they claim It(“came a long way from them country dirt roads”).

I don’t care bout no upnorth nikkaz, but New Orleans is nothin like the rest of the south. We don’t talk the same, listen to the same music, dress the same or move the same.

I don’t are who NY respect u idiot, but Wayne is so many east coast nikkaz favorite rappers u stupid dumbass. Stop running your dikk eater boy.

I never met a person in New Orleans who claimed to be French :dead: outside of creole people who is clearly French heavy.

Texas nikkaz country( @Houston911 ), Mississippi defensively country, bama nikkaz country, Georgia nikkaz country, Tennessee is def country, and Florida is country :russ:

Sit your dumb country ass down Lil one

U country cornballs was doing the Soulja boy back in the day, and do real dances to this day. Sit your country ass down

Go back to your cities with dirtroads and woods all over the place youngin. Ima chill here, where u from? New Orleans is a tourist city, imagine going to Mississippi or Texas for a vacation.

Why don’t they have super bowls in Houston or Dallas all the time. Cause that shyt the country and it’s not a city and nobody wants to be there

They played a part in it. People exaggerate how quickly throwbacks died out after "Change Clothes" they didn't really fade away for real until '05/'06. Either way, throwbacks were a better trend than those Burlington Coat Factory button up/Choppa suit jacket/ 12 3/4 sized fitted combos Hov had people wearing.

Hot Boyz made it a hot line, Franchize made it a hot song. Dont sleep on how influential that Snap Era was.

Cash Money wore plain tees all the time and they really put Girbauds & especially Reebok Classics on the map hard. Yes, I know Grand Puba rocked Girbauds but New Orleans rappers really repped them and Guess jeans super hard into the mid and late 90's for the South. They had lines about their outfit, but never full blown songs about it. They did make a song about ice and that became their main signature.

With the Hot Boys breakup, fashion went towards high priced throwbacks and velour suits ala Rocafella. When Franchize came out with White Tee it really made people proud to wear the "trap" uniform. Before, you may have been looked down upon for having on a $5 shirt. But so many jerseys were bootleg that jerseys lost their luster and looking like a D-Boy was the look.

Peep BMF and their black tees for example. Their main look was solid black tees (to show off the ice and look menacing). Later they added phrases and pics, but the basic uniform was solid tees.

Footlocker & Footaction started really promoting their 4 for $20 and Champs had the 5 for $20 sale. Then the tall-tees came out and became the way people were able to hide and obscure their stashes on themselves.

It became "cool" to dress down and I remembee plenty of "White Tee vs. Black Tee" parties in college around 2004/05. You either had on a plain tee or a button-down on going to any party then, depending on the dress code.

The "trap" look died down when the Young Dro & Jim Jones era came and people went back to expensive designer shirts (Polo, Ed Hardy, Bape, etc).
