You already ruined ur thread before it started b. Do the passing rules help Brady more than the average QB due to the style of offense? yeah. But the Patriots are gonna get help from the league every year no matter the rules. Ignoring that, these stats and his placement ranking wise are likely relative

Every one of those seasons the leaders in yards and TDs were in the low 4000s and low 30s (except 04-Culpepper 4700 yds and Manning 49 TDs), so Brady was still right there and he didn't have any weapons at that time.

They weren't scrubs. Troy Brown had 1200 yards and made the pro bowl, he always made plays. He had a bunch of crucial special teams plays too. Deion Branch was a Super Bowl MVP. David Patten had a game where he caught two TDs, rushed for 1 and threw a TD pass. David Givens was solid.

:thatman: had a 90.7 passer rating his final year with the 49ers. Why do I bring that up? because it's comparable to Brady's #s his first 5 years and Brady actually had more talent on offense. Kap in 2016 his leading receivers were Jeremy Kerley, Quinton Patton and Vance McDonald.

Would you rather have Troy Brown, Deion Branch, Kevin Faulk catching passes out of the backfield, David Patten and David Givens OR Kerley, Patton and Vance McDonald?

Troy Brown had 1 season over 1000 yds, 1 900 yd season and 1 800 yd season and a bunch of 300-400 yd seasons, he was 1 notch above a scrub. Deion Branch never had a 1000 yard season, he was 1 notch above a scrub. U literally talked about 1 good game for David Patten like that affects Brady's #s for an entire season. The QBs with better stats at the time had real weapons. Manning had Harrison, Culpepper had Moss etc.

And yes Kaepernick should be in the NFL, but it has nothing to do with my post or this topic.

No, I asked you would you rather have Troy Brown, David Patten, Givens, Branch and Faulk OR Patton, McDonald and Kerley? That's the question.

I dont give a shyt what u asked me it's irrelevant to my post and the entire thread. Brady's stats were before Kaep was even in the league.

It isn't. You said he had passer ratings in the 80s and low 90s because he had no weapons. :thatman: had a passer rating of 90.7 in 2016 with far inferior talent than Brady had in those seasons. You saying "Brady had no weapons" simply isn't true. Kap is an example of a QB who had no weapons.

I never even said the phrase "passer rating." I talked about yds and TDs. And Brady had no weapons, no one with any sense who actually watched the NFL at that time would make the argument that he did.

Troy Brown played 15 seasons and only had more than 500 yds 4 times. Deion Branch's 4 seasons with NE in the early 2000s he had 489 yds, 803 yds, 454 yds and 998 yds. They were scrubs.

At least you're not afraid to admit you're an idiot with no sense who's trolling.

You're the idiot. Branch won a Super Bowl MVP. Brown always made plays. You said they were scrubs, what Kap played with, those are scrubs.. but I'm supposed to be impressed with Brady's stats when he had better talent than Kap?

Nope.
