IDK this might be the first draft where alledged gang affiliations determined the draft picks . It wasnt where players got picked it was what city draftees were NOT going to go to + alot of hesitation on staying in draft vs declaring and possible agent $ changing hands , go back and see what shoe deals each draft pick had on the table and then look at this draft from that angle ALLEDGEDLY .
