Let's play guess who said this bout Flair: On a scale of 1-to-10, I'd rate Ric Flair about a 3

I gotta disagree with Bret big time. Even in his final run with the WWE when all he could really do was chest slaps and figure fours, he still told a better story in the ring than most of the roster. And his criticism about If you've seen one flair match you've seen them all, people have said the same about Bret and most of his non PPV matches. Bret comes off extra salty and miserable, even by Bret standards
He's right in that Flair worked formula matches but if they fill up arenas, who cares. It's not legit. It's not a fukking boxing match:laugh:

Knew is was gonna be Bret and I can't agree because I fukks with Flair (even though Bret is my GOAT), but it's ironic as fukk that he has a problem with him because Flair didn't want to drop the belt to him and Flair acted like a dikk during the match and it leaves a bad memory for his first reign, but he forgets he kinda acted the same way leading up to the whole Montreal Screwjob thing.

Flair didn't think Bret was ready so he half assed the match

Bret didn't want to lose in Canada so he refused to lose and got screwed

Funny how history kinda repeated itself...and remember that Bret is top of my list of GOAT wrestlers
difference is Bret had creative control..he didn't have to lose in Canada if he didn't want to which is why he agreed to lose the next night but they still fukked him over and that's that. No matter the spin, McMahon and the WWE will always be in the wrong. That's never gonna change no matter how many geeks on the Net want to make everyone guilty in the ordeal.

Lol everyone is guilty. Bret likes to say that he is the consummate professional but he refuses to admit that he was part of that problem, fukk creative control and all that

I agree with Bret.:manny:
I use to be a harder critic of flair and his formula, but as I get older I've come to appreciate his promos and the heat he'd bring(in the 80s) to arenas everywhere. His charisma still is incredible. But most of his matches in America the last 30 something years go the same route. At this point the only flair I'll seek out match wise is his stuff in 80s AJPW. His mid to late 80s NWA is also fun because of how nuclear the crowds were. The Luger and Windham matches specifically. His promos might be the most swag filled content you'll ever see. But yeah Bret tells no lies.
