Young Bleed was a blindside because it wasnt a full No Limit release. It was a joint venture with C Dubb I believe. No Limit fans didn't know Young Bleed from previous No Limit albums.
He was on C-Loc's label. Max Minelli spazzed out on dat album

I entertain my brain with a cloud of smoke
My brother been gone for five years, and this is how I cope
I hope, wishing and praying that myself could be next
My girl died straight innocent but because of her ex
Got me vexed, drinking, loading my gun under the moon
And no matter how many bullets, bringing her back no time soon
I'm tired of departing, with killing, all of my dogs
Viewing bodies every other day on Washington and Broad
Oh Lord, I'm even scared to open obituaries
Getting mail from cemetaries stating that I'm buried
Pain varies, to tell the truth it all hurts the same
You're bound to see some rain, cause life is a strange game
Bullets don't carry names, but man, is life short
Now he on the life support, but not the right support
I hope the court lock the killer, and lose the key
A small fee, for what that nikka did to a family

But people online tell me that No Limit was trash and had no lyricists?
He was on C-Loc's label. Max Minelli spazzed out on dat album
nikka please tde aint nothin like no limit.thats what happens when you build a quality brand
it lowkey happens today with TDE and YMCMB where the brand is big enough to break new acts
First album I bought was Mystikal's "Ghetto Fabulous" No Limit was everywhere back then. Them and Cash Money had the game on lock.![]()

first albums I ever bought with my own money where C-murder, Life or Death and Silkk, Charge it 2 da game. Still jam those couple times a month.
Grandfather overheard me rapping Throw Ya Hood Up off Silkk album, whupped my ass, broke all cds and banned rap from my house
grandma caught me trying to sneak Da Last Don in the house and made me listen to it for the first time in front of her
still managed to end up with all 23 of these albums in a binder under the floorboard in my closet
childhood
i slept on that Shell Shocked literally til last year. I originally only fukked with 5 or 6 songs....went back and was like![]()
Personal fav is Magic's "Sky's The Limit." That & Fiend's "Street Life" (99) are the greatest No Limit albums of all time IMO.
Skys the limit is way overlooked, LOVED that one, tons of great C-Murder and Snoop features, brillant beats (Depend On Me, When Drama Came, No Hope, Did What I Had 2, Ball Till I Fall... ), just a stellar debut
