three superstars versus three superstars (LeBron, Kyrie + Love vs. KD, Steph + Klay) and we saw who came out on top.
Warriors fans are so disingenuous :snoop:

Even if you want to argue Curry/Durant = Lebron/Kyrie (even though Curry is a tier above Kyrie) you can’t possibly believe Klay=Kevin Love.. especially when Draymond is a better player than Love. The Warriors had two players better than the Cavs third option. Only a Warriors fan would attempt to argue that those teams are balanced.

His best season (2013-14) was when Russ was out injured and his next best teammate was Ibaka, with Reggie Jackson running the point. You place him on this years Cavaliers squad and they don't even have to make all those mid-season trades, he's just that good and proved it while playing in a much tougher conference.

Got a #2 seed in the West in a year you needed damn near 50 wins just to be the 8th seed. I don't understand the logic that this Cavs team is even a bad team.

:russ: At this dumb shyt.

KD would not be able to thrive in a situation where he has to be the main creator. The guy has very limited playmaking skills. It would be a lot easier for teams to load up on him than it is to load up on Lebron. He’s more likely to take a tough fade away midranger than pass it cross court to an open Korver for three.
Looks like you missed Durant's MVP season.

KD cant get others involved. Think about how useless korver becomes because KD cant find him when he gets doubled, or turns it over because he is not an accurate passer.

Brons playmaking is what seperates him from other greats like KD and kobe. No the cavs would not be as good with KD.

Just because he isn't as good of passer as LeBron doesn't mean he doesn't get others involved...he's averaged 5 assists multiple times, he's doing it right now this postseason :snoop:

KD is actually a great playmaker for his position... What you actually mean is that KD isn't ball dominant, which is more a positive attribute rather than a detriment....It's the reason why he can join a a squad like the dubbs with an intricate motion based offense and fit in seamlessly and without a hitch...He's a high volume scorer and neither of their other big scoringplayers had their impacts minimized (which has happened repeatedly with Bron superteams)... With the exception of late game scenarios when they defer to him in isos, He's either getting the ball in his spots and attacking quickly or moving the ball...:mjlol: @ KD not being able to get others involved while averaging over five assists a game while playing on the team with like the best ball movement ever... You'd think we were talking bout melo or something

If KD was on the cavs, they'd play a different brand of ball...One that would either let the point guard actually be a point guard...Or let the coach actually run a modern NBA offense

All factual. Great post but people are stupid so :manny:

KD would get you the buckers but in doing so he would stagnate the rest of the offense of the team.

KD ain't a leader. The min that pacers series got tight and Love(who didn't even show up till the Raptors series) is the next best option he's folding like an envelope. He doesn't make his teammates better or get them good shots if they aren't already threats. Yall trying to make a great scorer into a great leader. He showed yall he don't want smoke by naming himself the Servant and going to be a main cog in someone else's system.

There is no such thing as offense without Bron on this team..so you either change the entire system or KD becomes the one-dimensional scorer(especially early in his career) that he was in OKC. He ain’t no floor general ..that’s why Russ was so ball dominant playing with him.

Love was thriving with Bron before he got injured ..was an all star.

The year KD won MVP Russ only played 46 games but KD led the team to 59 wins and 2nd in the West with Reggie Jackson as his #2, the team had the 6th best offense in the league that year.

KD is a great playmaker (Though that series against Memphis without Westbrook showed me he's not ever gonna be on Lebron'a tier). L

So Bogut didn't get injured in G5 and never return (forcing Kerr's hand to give Ezeli minutes who was a net-negative)?
So Iggy didn't injury his back before G6 and was never the same for the rest of the series (it's no coincidence that LeBron's shooting percentages increased the moment Draymond got suspended/Iggy was dealing with an injury)?
So Curry's knee didn't swell to the size of a grapefruit after nearly every game of the series?

:lupe:
You piece of shyt
U didn't answer my question

Did Draymond play game 6 and 7 ??

Being an elite playmaker isn't really about regular season stats and wins though. When a Durant got to the playoffs and struggled against the Grizzlies (Same Grizz that got SWEPT BY SAN ANTONIO), he looked lost and unable to perform.

But that's ok. Durant isn't at his best when he's tasked for consistently creating offense for others (Why would he be when he's the most dangerous offensive option on his team), he's at his best when he's focused on creating for himself by using his scoring versatility as a consistent threat until his more sporadic teammates can go on a run.

Durant is good playmaker. Capable of running an offense against most any defense in the league but that's not his forte.

LeBron would struggle to make plays (and in general) against that Memphis team with the same support cast as well. Imagine the spacing with a LeBron, Perkins, Thabo, Reggie, Ibaka starting lineup.
