Early 2000s Cartoon Network had a president who actually cared about its programming. It's no coincidence the state of the network took a turn for the worst after he departed.

Prime Tom 2 Toonami
Midnight Run Special Edition
Two of the best Total Immersion Events Toonami had to offer
Cartoon Cartoon Fridays
Cartoon Theatre
Cartoon Network Primetime
Cartoon Network Groovies
A Cartoon Cartoon gets its first theatrical release (The Powerpuff Girls Movie)
Adult Swim hitting the air fresh
Adult Swim Action

Even the "Coming Up Next" bumpers were pristine. :wow:

I used to watch the mid evening block into the Adult swim late at night, usually sipping some rum and coke in a flask late night while everybody was asleep and then I caught this creepy shyt for the first time......I started recording it after that, I was so fukking shook.

They aired that bumper to scare kids from staying up.

Williams Street brought the heat to a lot of the blocks. Even Miguzi was kicking ass at one point, and a lot of their music selections hit. [AS] is what got me into artists like Dilla, Nujabes, FlyLo, Boards of Canada.

shyt worked like Gangbusters. :mjlol:

The blocks and bumps were awesome. I only wished I still had my old VHS tapes with 'em on, 'cause I can remember this KICK ASS one that's just stuck in my head that I could never find......

A bit similar to this in repition, but if I'm not mistaken, it used to play around when TOM was announcing shyt and for some reason, I could remember a robot voice going "Reign Supreme" throughout that shyt.

shyt will haunt me forever, 'cause I remember it just being a real bad ass, bass and drum groove from way back then.

Wish I knew which one, but was it on the Toonami Blackhole Megamix? shyt is full of vibe beats that aired during promos/bumps.

Also got the Deep Space Bass

I'm gonna go through the two of these and see if I see it, more than likely it might have been a generic somethin' that was playing while Steve Blum voiced Tom....but I've been meaning to get into this shyt since the beats were made by alot of revered beat makers. :salute: Much thanks for postin' 'em.
