Freshman in college. Went to the music store at the mall on campus. Copped it and went back to my dorm. Played it front to back. I remember the stand outs that had me ... The Watcher, Xxplosive (this blew my mind), Forgot About Dre.

Instant classic....I remember listening on repeat for months at a time.

I wonder if its even possible for an album to hit like this any more?

The world has shifted like crazy since 2001 in every metric and even if someone were to put the time in to create a perfectly polished diamond folks would try and grind it down then snort it up real quick before clucking for the next fix.

I remember when Still Dre dropped and streets were going crazy then they played forgot about Dre on future flavas and it pretty much made it a must cop. The production was so clean and polished.

Album was classic on the very first spin. I was completely blown away and this stayed in my cd player for like 2 straight months.

It also had me go back and bump The Chronic, Doggystyle, Dogg Food, etc.
