I see more people rationalizing as to why Solange may have been justified. I've seen a bunch, "It was probably because Jay beat Beyonce" or "Jay is cheating."

The narrative is always "Real men should have self-control in a situation like that" and "women are emotional so you have to be weary and adjust when they act out", but Solange is almost 30 (and has had a child longer than both her sister and brother-in-law). People are still managed to come up with excuses for her off-the-bat.

If roles were reversed, Jay's age, gender, status, and business ventures would have come up while throwing him under the bus.
