It could have said kick out the fat? But yea I don't think if they really wanted Hogan a missed call would have prompted them to say hey fukk it hulk didn't answer let's call George.

Maybe he was considered but they felt George was better and someone told him later and he made up the missed call thing to sensationilze it.
