There's a difference, but it still implies he's better than Durant, Beasley, Derrick Rose. And that's just not the case
The NBA should increase the time you need to stat in college. That one and done shyt is hurting the league, Wiggins is going to be a dope prospect but homie need that time to refine his fame more.
Stats aren't everything.I love how people are such revisionist historians. Check out Rose's numbers at Memphis. He was worse statistically than Wiggins. Hell alot of people were thinking the Bulls were crazy to take him over Beasley (who put up better numbers than Durant his freshman year). Now we see Rose is a MVP and Beasley is playing for the vets minimum.
They don't hear you tho. Most posters on this site are box score whores. They don't watch games, only go by the numbers.Stats aren't everything.
Did you see Derrick Rose in the tournament? Most dominant player BY FAR. And you can't disregard the fact Memphis had one loss going into the title game either. Not that he played alone, but Derrick Rose was a monster

if folks were just box score whoring then they wouldn't consider Wiggins such a flop because his numbers are not that bad honestly. It's his inability to dribble, his floating on the perimeter, and lack of desire to assert himself that has folks shyttin on him.if folks were just box score whoring then they wouldn't consider Wiggins such a flop because his numbers are not that bad honestly. I don't think they're assinine if we're talking about the level of player he can become. I think he can be an all-time great and be the best player in the league for 5 years. His game just isn't similar to Lebron or Kobe which is why the comparisons are faulty. But I think he has that potential. The guy has the body and athleticism of a young Michael Jordan. He's just really raw right now. Once he tightens his handle and improves his strength to finish through contact, he'll be a BEAST.
I can see him becoming Paul George in 2 years. Averaging 24ppg, 6rpg, 3apg with lockdown all-nba 1st team defense. Which isn't bad for a 20 year old. Then once he becomes better at facilitating, I could see him becoming a Kobe level talent by age 25 putting up 28ppg, 6rpg, 5apg with lockdown defense.
The sky is the ceiling for him. I really like his game the more I watch.

Oh, I guess you didn't see what I did thereWhy did the thread title change?![]()

I know he hurt but low key, Black been better than Joel bout the last 3-5 games. Selden is the one who needs to stay an extra year. Homie is just too inconsistent and doesn't seem to get into the flow of the game at all when his shot ain't falling. He has been the most disappointing. At least Wiggs is getting his averages even on off nights. Mason too erratic. Slow it down style is killing him too. I'd kill just for once to see a Tharpe/Mason, Selden, Greene, Wiggs, and PE line up just once and let them run, run, run but it'll never happen

I'm aware of this. Notice I specified the NCAA tournamentRose played in Conference USA..That's not even close to the competition in the Big 12 or Big 10.
