i go to sleep around 11 , a little before that....get up 5:55 am and go do a 3 mile run as soon as i awake. thats like 4 days a week. the rest i wake up 6:45. think i try to sleep in on sat and sun..shyt never works
Always say ima get up early and start working out, then i see that snooze button :francis:

Same, I just started waking and working out at 6 am this week and this was the first weekend I couldn't sleep past 7 am. The only good that came out of this though was finally experiencing morning showers :wow:

Up until the beginning of this calendar year I used to get about 3 or 4 hours of sleep because I was always concerned about doing all kinds of shyt and staying on the grind and I looked at the lack of sleep as some kind of source of pride. But starting this year, after I cleaned up my diet last year and started going to sleep earlier (most days before 10:30pm even) and waking up around 7 I've been A LOT fresher and feel a lot better and have been able to get a lot more work done in a shorter amount of time because I no longer have to rely on caffeine boosts and overworking my body and shyt like that.

the best time to work out breh.....days go alot smoother and the workout doesnt become a chore. i used to run after work but i couldnt imagine doing that now.

i usually go to bed at 10pm which is 1am for u peeps out east then i wake up around 3am or 4 am...cause i have to be at work at 7am to 6pm 4 days a week

I use to sleep at 2-3-4 in the the morning and wake up at 6-7 to go to work. I did that for a year and a half. Sometimes I would go to work sleepless/ Trust me, it is not healthy. It is also not good for your sexual health. Since the beginning of April, I get 7-8 hours a night. I push myself to. My job is flexible I can come in between 7 and 10 so I make sure I catch those Z's. I feel so much better.

for years I lived off 4 hours of sleep, I'm still recovering from that

One point for me,I was living off of 3.5 hours of sleep every night for 8 months straight. My back still be giving out occasionally :merchant:

that lack of sleep will kill you.
