Always say ima get up early and start working out, then i see that snooze buttoni go to sleep around 11 , a little before that....get up 5:55 am and go do a 3 mile run as soon as i awake. thats like 4 days a week. the rest i wake up 6:45. think i try to sleep in on sat and sun..shyt never works

Same, I just started waking and working out at 6 am this week and this was the first weekend I couldn't sleep past 7 am. the best time to work out breh.....days go alot smoother and the workout doesnt become a chore. i used to run after work but i couldnt imagine doing that now.Always say ima get up early and start working out, then i see that snooze button![]()

I try to get enough but my body has a mind of its own when deciding when to fall asleep and when to wake uplol , ur not gettin enough sleep then....i try to take naps or sleep in the evening ..never works

usually 5 or 6 hours
for years I lived off 4 hours of sleep, I'm still recovering from that
