How much sleep do you typically get?
Is it difficult to go to sleep once you’re in bed?
Seems like a lot of people these days are taking these melatonin pills or melatonin tea.
But I don’t trust those as long term solutions. I feel like they become a crutch for people.
I typically am good to 6 hours.
You see people say that you have to get more sleep but my feeling is “you wake up when you wake up”

, and up at 4:30 to hit the gym.I don't consume any caffeine throughout the day, so It's pretty easy for me to fall asleep. I'm asleep within about 5 minutes of my head hitting the pillow.
