I typically get 4-6hrs
I've always been a night owl, find it hard to fall asleep
Don't take any aids, don't want become dependant on them

I think I'm functioning ok even though I don't get the "8hrs of sleep"

I actually am thinking about doing a sleep study to see if there is anything that I can change to help me sleep better
I did a sleep study before and they didn't see anything abnormal on the charts. I did suffer sleep paralysis a couple times during the session though :mjlol::sadcam:

4-5 hours. And I wake up throughout multiple times through the sleep. Mentally I’m aight because society has made me a bloodhound for the money but physically my body always feel a lot better when I get 6+ hours

I sleep between 7-8 hours uninterrumped a night , but I got my brain used to the habit of me reading - > sleep.
As soon as I start reading a book on my tablet , I start to get sleepy 10 minutes in.

I can't even read for long period of time , without getting sleepy but it's a sacrifice I'm willing to take if it means better sleep.

I can easily stay up all night , and fukk up my circadian rhythm.

I do about 10 everyday .
Used to do 12 for years but ive cut back

I dont know how people do 5-6 and think its fine

Honestly cant say that ive ever had a legit REAL good night of sleep. :yeshrug: mainly because i have a HUGE problem falling asleep at night. Always had for as long as I could remember. i either sleep or nap during the day or afternoon at some point. May sleep during the night but usually wake up during the night and either stay up or fall asleep until i have to get up to go somewhere. At this point in time, I just chalk it that up to autism and just deal with it. I sleep about less than or about 4 or 5 hours a night give or take IF i can. My sleep habits are just as terrible if not worse than my eating habits. Its not a thing for me to stay up all night or get up at night at some point and stay up.
