YeaI used to get 7-9. But for the past 6 months or so, my depression and stress levels have been at an all time high. I’ve been getting 5 at best. Typically anywhere from 3-4 hrs. And it’s been fukking with me physically and mentally. Oh, it’s also not consistent sleep either, I typically wake up then fall back asleep a couple of hours later, then wake up and try to fall back asleep again, but can’t, and just get up and start the day.
2 days ago I fell asleep around 1030 and woke up at 245. Had to be at work by 530 so didnt go to sleep. Have trouble napping so was up then had work again until 8 pm. I was lucky to have not passed out.
Sleep is more important than food




4-6 hours every 2 days?!? How are you functioning? I get between 7-8 hrs regularly and a little more on the weekends
