Uncertain grounds
I used to get 7-9. But for the past 6 months or so, my depression and stress levels have been at an all time high. I’ve been getting 5 at best. Typically anywhere from 3-4 hrs. And it’s been fukking with me physically and mentally. Oh, it’s also not consistent sleep either, I typically wake up then fall back asleep a couple of hours later, then wake up and try to fall back asleep again, but can’t, and just get up and start the day.
Yea

2 days ago I fell asleep around 1030 and woke up at 245. Had to be at work by 530 so didnt go to sleep. Have trouble napping so was up then had work again until 8 pm. I was lucky to have not passed out.

Sleep is more important than food

You've probably heard me mention it before but red light bulbs at home are game changing.

Better in tune with the unfinite. Also, install this:

Your eyeballs will thank you. Also make your bedroom a bit colder than you think it should be but take a real hot shower before hand to offset.
I’m gonna try that

7 hours. Keeps ghrelin levels manageable especially during the cut and helps recovery. If you're not shooting for 7 hours of quality sleep, you're pouring jelly on yourself.

I don't know anything about the red lights, but a cold bedroom is GOAT.

There’s no way that’s a real word.
That looks like a word teenagers would use to describe the underwear lint on your taint.

Long explanaition short, it's a hormone that your digestive track produces that tells you that you're lacking energy and should eat something. It elevates in sleep deprived people and leads to a lot of overeating.

I have sleep apnea :francis: hence the username

I rarely wake up feeling refreshed. This shyt is taking years off my lifespan.
Two things we brehs should get done.

1. Colonoscopy
2. Sleep Study

I would highly recommend getting that sleep study breh. If you truly got sleep apnea that cpap will literally be a life saver. Plenty of brehs go to sleep and just don’t wake up

Plus the health benefits of wearing it you will immediately feel it

The problem is most of us eat like garbage, and eat too much in general. If we did intermediate fasting, the body would be in more optimal condition. Nobody needs to eat 3 meals a day.

Secondly theres a lack of passion. Your body doesnt want to get up and go to work. And othet than that, you have no passion in your life you truly want to get up and work towards. Too much sleep is your body saying "Whats the point:francis:?"

I can't front I be having the damnest time trying to sleep.

I've been up for 36 and 48 hrs straight at times. And these are days were I have worked out for a few hrs too.

I prolly average 4-6 hrs every 2 days.

I get about 5 to 6 hours of sleep, but I wake up about 4 or 5 times inbetween. I can fall back to sleep no problem, but it's rare for me to get about 5 hours of uninterrupted sleep.

At the height of my anxiety I was going to work on no sleep at all and was able to function fine, but would crash hard once I got home… Actually only got about 3 hours of sleep last. I think my body is somewhat used to functioning on minimal sleep. Not proud of it though

:mjtf: 4-6 hours every 2 days?!? How are you functioning? I get between 7-8 hrs regularly and a little more on the weekends
