i can go right out initially. but if somebody wakes me up from that forget it. i might as well go log on and start working

on a good night i get around 6 or 7 hours

my 2 cents:

best sleep is sober 7+ hours sleep

insomnia is a lie. if you cant sleep, use that time to relax and rest your body.

the brain is powerful and once you realize what you can and cant control you will never worry about sleep again.

I believe a lot of people have some form of sleep apnea which makes sense when it correlates to obesity and how many people are obese.

I can't think of any reason why so many of us get bad sleep.
Let me tell to. For years I was always tired. I assumed it was because I worked two jobs and was always on the move.

A old roommate I had heard me snoring and was :lupe: He said breh you might need a sleep study.


I got one and it was the best thing of my life. When they fitted me with the cpap and I went to sleep it was no lie the best sleep I ever had. For years no matter how much I slept I always woke up tired


I wear my cpap every night. The few times when I forget to put my mask on I feel it

My girl be so mad at me cause she is a notoriously bad sleeper. Tossing and turning all night. Brehs when I put that mask on it’s a fukking wrap! I’m out till my alarm wakes me up in the am and I am always refreshed

So here's the thing, I'm thinking about getting a sleep study myself, but why do we need cpap machines? What happened evolution wise that makes human beings need cpap?

I'm currently trying to lose weight first to see if that helps, then go from there.

Losing weight helps. I think that’s half of it. Also once you start getting regular sleep you will also naturally lose weight.


I was getting older and just naturally packed on a few extra pounds.


Once I started actually sleeping i dropped weight. It also made my working out less of a chore and I lost more.

Honestly I don’t know if I even need the cpap anymore. But it does not hurt to use it so I have no issues with it

With me I like the full mask. Some people like the half masks or the small ones just for the nose. Whatever is best for you it will work. I would recommend getting a sleep study. Plenty of brehs are dying in their sleep. That’s how the Packers legend Reggie White died

Apple says I get 7 on avg

I notice a big difference when I get either less or more. Playoffs been fukking my sleep up tho. I notice I fall asleep quicker if I put down all electronics an hr before bed.

Fan on is clutch too. Have me waking up in a puddle
