Let me tell to. For years I was always tired. I assumed it was because I worked two jobs and was always on the move.I believe a lot of people have some form of sleep apnea which makes sense when it correlates to obesity and how many people are obese.
I can't think of any reason why so many of us get bad sleep.

I got one and it was the best thing of my life. When they fitted me with the cpap and I went to sleep it was no lie the best sleep I ever had. For years no matter how much I slept I always woke up tired
I wear my cpap every night. The few times when I forget to put my mask on I feel it
My girl be so mad at me cause she is a notoriously bad sleeper. Tossing and turning all night. Brehs when I put that mask on it’s a fukking wrap! I’m out till my alarm wakes me up in the am and I am always refreshed
Losing weight helps. I think that’s half of it. Also once you start getting regular sleep you will also naturally lose weight. So here's the thing, I'm thinking about getting a sleep study myself, but why do we need cpap machines? What happened evolution wise that makes human beings need cpap?
I'm currently trying to lose weight first to see if that helps, then go from there.
