Uh... There's a lot of former black players that are or have got the chance to coach, or broadcast. Not sure how many hired for a gm spot, but theres been several.

yea but it seems like every former white player gets some job in the league. i know there are more black players than white, but i can't think of many former white player that aren't still working in the nba. it just seems like they get preferential treatment over what they should get given their percentage among nba players.

I'm pretty sure you can't think of many because they were obscure, benchriding, or no name players while they were in the league. Just cause you can't think if them doesn't mean they don't exist.

Who are these bums you're referring too?

DJ Augustine, Nate Robinson, John Lucas III, Marco Bellinelli, Danny Green, Boris Diaw, and countless others. Half those dudes would be in Turkey right now if they were not in those coaches system
