We could do what we want. We are our own sovereign nation. But the white side wouldn't necessarily have a better 'go' at it then we would because essentially the same politicians they have now who have been dealing with other countries would be the ones they have after segregation which hasn't been great. I would think many countries would want to do business with us because our name isn't sullied so to speak.

Mexicans get the Southwest
Natives get the Upper Plain states
Mixed people, other races and those who want to live in multicultural societies get the Northeast
Blacks get the Southeast
Whites get the Pacific Northwest, Midwest and Alaska

You cant separate mixed people from their families and nobody should be killed for being in "enemy" territory. Once the Southeast inevitably turns into a crime ridden Warzone, people would be BEGGING to get out
