Back in the days, segregation could of worked, as blacks were forming their own neighborhoods, then starting their own businesses etc...
The govt saw that, and thats why they flooded so much drugs to target those communities.

I'm black as black gets. Blacks commit a lot of crimes. This is statistically proven. Get over it.

Actually, this is what Malcolm X and a few other Black Nationalists wanted. A nation for blacks carved out of the Southern states. Over the next 100-200 years, I can see it happening organically anyway. More and more blacks will move to the South, coalescing and forming a strong base around Atlanta. Immediate states like The Carolinas, Tennessee, Alabama, Texas will have similar migration patterns. Blacks will eventually become the dominating group, ESPECIALLY in Georgia. You think this sounds crazy? Look at the West Coast. It's little Mexico out in SoCal, Arizona and New Mexico. 100 years from now, I could that region being 60-70% Hispanic....easily. In the same way, I can see Blacks taking over the South like that. The US gonna look like that tv show Revolution with certain groups dominating each region.

I need to do more research, but, I don't think the integration we have now was the goal of Civil Rights Movement.

Really, we've assimilated. I've started to feel a certain way about Jackie Robinson integrating into the MLB and the fall of the Negro Leagues.

There's no reason the Negro Leagues couldn't have still thrived, but, we preferred the "Big Leagues." And stopped supporting our own.

While the scenario I'm going to describe will NEVER happen, I think it's interesting to think about on some level. Yes, every issue regarding this being implemented is not going to be clear cut, so try not to be to simple when discussing the possibilities.

The 'Exodus' Scenario: Blacks and whites will never get along in the U.S. Complete separation is recommended by state boundaries. Blacks will have the whole South-East region to include Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Arkansas. Whites have the rest of the U.S. to include Alaska and Hawaii. The border between the Black/white states are separated by very high concrete walls, and crossing over on either side for any reason makes you subject to be put to death on the spot. No resource that is local, state, or federally owned can be taken out of each respective state before the move and inventory on everything will be done and independently audited.

Obviously I left ALOT of blank spots regarding different situations in this scenario to spark discussion. Overall, would this scenario be acceptable to you?

Exactly, and there are many reasons why Blacks are poor, and the main one would be eliminated in this scenario.

Mexicans get the Southwest
Natives get the Upper Plain states
Mixed people, other races and those who want to live in multicultural societies get the Northeast
Blacks get the Southeast
Whites get the Pacific Northwest, Midwest and Alaska

You cant separate mixed people from their families and nobody should be killed for being in "enemy" territory. Once the Southeast inevitably turns into a crime ridden Warzone, people would be BEGGING to get out

"Provocation" is subjective. It could be anything from looking at someone funny to body language to wearing a certain colored bandana/shirt to physical contact but either way, it is not in some black people's DNA to shy away from confrontation
