
nikka if you're running the camp part of your job is being able to look at people and notice signs of extreme dehydration, not continue to push until a super talented person is in the hospital, that's straight up negligence. Take that nikka off the court and get him with some nutrition people because his HS trainers clearly dropped the ball with health and wellness, that's a very simple fix.
You a professional trainer and you can't notice dehydration or understand the risks you're taking by pushing them, you aren't doing your job properly
I dont even work in sports and one of the safety test im required to take per the union is on noticing signs of dehydration and basic safety shyt in general when you got people outside doing anything strenuous

no idea what you're talking about, learning about that stuff is a REQUIREMENT in alot of fields, should be day one knowledge for someone in a multi-million dollar athletics program.
