He's right breh. My panny plasma from 2013 could still shyt on some of the tvs out today...and that's a known fact in the video world.
The hdr game mode for all of them is out now. B6 update was the last one, finally dropped last week.

The B6 and C6 are on sale for $1999 this week again. From my understanding of it the C6 has better input lag numbers than the B6. The C6 is also a 3DTV and I think the 2017 LG models aren't 3D at all.
I'm tempted to get one but I just spend two grand on car repairs and pulled that money from my emergency fund. I could put it on payments with Best Buy but my card limit is only $2500 so this would damn near max it out and ding my credit.

And unless you're playing games that require twitch response time it was never that bad. I don't have the time to put info being competitive FPS like that any more, for madden 2k , rpgs etc. OLEDS were always fine even w HDR on.
It's always felt a talking point excuse for people who were probably never going to drop two stacks on a tv regardless. It's without question the nicest picture you can purchase for TV and movies, and I used to Stan Samsung tvs
Also w the price drop, Best Buy open boxes are down to $1,750 ish, and echo and optics is down to around 1,675 shipped for the B6 w no tax

Last time I bought a tv was in 2008. I finally copped a new TV last week. It's a 55 inch Samsung curved joint. Same shyt the Coli was raving about. I had buyer's remorse immediately after buying it but I justified it because I've waited 8 years to cop a new tv.
