A tough lesson learned in business,
People want instant results from you but when you come to them about things they're doing wrong you have to wait forever.
Another one from when I did personal security, I did security for an upcoming comedian and didn't charge him regular rates because he was struggling and we were cool. Soon as he got his big break, dude completely cut me off. Haven't heard from him in years. We got into it because he wanted me to drive him from nash to Atlanta, be there for 3 days with him as personal security, and he wasn't gone pay. I refused. He only offered gas money and I had to share a hotel room.

don’t get caught up trying to be a savior breh s trust me I’ve been there. You think it makes you a good person but it takes away from the focus on yourself.

just know if and when you make a huge lifestyle change and start winning nikkas will switch up on you because you’ve made them so used to you down. Read again, YOU made them view you in that position. Don’t share all your also just because you close with people, eventually they will lose respect for you even when you start winning.

Charisma isnt about YOU being the shyt. It's about your ability to uplift others while still carrying yourself with a sense of regal and relatabilty.
a fine balance of confidence and humility.

People who appear to be successful (high-self esteem) and approachable are usually the most likable.
It wasnt until I hit my mid twenties that it dawned on me that I had charisma based on what others would tell me. I thought I was just a decent person that always had innate confidence and a positive outlook.
