Tell Black women white men are the gatekeepers of the Black community then get confused when they look to white men for validation, brehs.

I think y'all need to know what playing against each other mean. Sweeping this stuff under the rug and acting ike it's a non-issue or the cry of the unwanted/rejects will continue to ensure that this cancer festers and divides internally which is not the same as actively wanting to address what we all know exist. Colorism exist and is not anymore a figment of black woman's imagination than white supremacy. The sooner black men and women acknowledge the sooner things can be done to actually fix this problem.my nikka this has been going on since slavery. The white supremacists played us against each other.
The sad part is that we still do it in 2015![]()
They played us against each other so we would fight each other and not focus on the fact we weren't free. It was a divide and conquer tactic. Slavery ended only 150 years ago so unfortunately we as a community are still psychologically affected by it. Basically many of us still have the slave mentalityI think y'all need to know what playing against each other mean. Eventually some of yall are going to have to stop blaming light skin and white women for the fact you're alone.
nikkas stay whining about something.
EVERYONE won't like you. Boo hoo.
Whether you're too short, too tall, too skinny, too fat, or whether they "prefer" dark or light skin.
Millions of people out here that will like you, however.
Get over it.
Chicks complaining about this b/s aren't nearly as desirable as they think they are.

There is nothing he said here that is factual or insightful. Please attempt to disguise your disdain for your own race better. If you have nothing to bring to the discussion then why are you here?
Hey say what you like...I couldn't careless...I think what he said was on point...and I'd dap it 10 more times if he wrote it 10 more times...you'll have to get over it.There is nothing he said here that is factual or insightful. Throwing smilies...is a coward move. Let me pull the posts of you and your kin wallowing in self pity om the attention that light skinned men presumably get.
I never noticed this particularly with lightskinned and dark skinned women...but more so with black women and non-black women in commercials...notice that in commercials (wal mart for example) LS women are seen with a child and a husband while darker toned women who star in McDonalds/KFC commercials are USUALLY shown with just the child and no adult male playing the dad![]()

Fair skin preferences predate western colonization. For certain cultures not related to the westWhy does everyone try to dodge the blame? It's not just one evil group that perpetuates the idea that light = better. It's been engraved into society over centuries of white colonisation, and western influence.
So yes, the white man started it, we brought into it and it seeps through our communities like a disease.
Some point black men need to take responsibilty for their community and actions.
How are yall going to blame white men for some black men their bashing own women?
But who sets the beauty standard that you see on tv, movies, commercials, magazines, newspapers. etc. for decades? You can dap it...all you want and I'll point out your slimyness every single tome.Hey say what you like...I couldn't careless...I think what he said was on point...and I'd dap it 10 more times if he wrote it 10 more times...you'll have to get over it.
