In 2017 they were evenly matched. Durant gave him 35. He had two all stars Lebron had two. Draymond May be an “all star” but he’s just a role player man.
1st...I dont think people really understand how hard it is to consistently average high 20's and 8 dimes in modern era. stat padding or whatever. if he truly wanted to win the scoring title in previous years as he said he couldve done so. he is a passer and always has been. if he didnt want to pass the ball, his avg goes up another 4-5 points easily.
2nd....I always smh about Durant because OKC could have beaten GSW. whether it was that year or the following. wouldve made things interesting too because wouldve been great if OKC and GSW had titles.

Simmons has Lebron at #2 all-time over his beloved Russell and he thinks Lebron can reach #1 over MJ. No way Durant ever gets that high on his list.
