Given his background, he's gon have to do a lot of remediation to succeed in college. A lot of black kids never develop the necessary skills and discipline to succeed in that environment. They'll get a lot of generic advice about success, when they really need concrete guidance from mentors. He should find one if he's serious about this.

For those saying he can't get admitted: A lot of the big name colleges admit students on the strength of their extracurriculars. Being semi-famous can earn you a spot at a school like UCLA.
