He had buzz like a year or 2 go. But he's not really eccentric enough to keep that buzz.

He was the costar of How High 2. Yachty just don't got it. He's a cornball and he can't rap at all. Props to his management, they took his memey popular and milked it for a much as they could. Otherwise he'd be in the same boat (npi) as Ugly God.
Contrary to what a lot of people in here said, I think that he let the rap game get into his head.
In my limited exposure to him, he has gone from the happy-go-lucky, SupdaDupaKyle kinda rapper to being more focused on dropping bars. His bars have improved but they are middle tier at best. In terms of content, the stuff I've heard have generic rapper themes (jewelry, violence, jealousy) and he seems to be focused more on proving he can rap instead of making quality songs

He's definitely lost that appeal he had when he was first starting out. I just don't think he was built to still be around at this point. He seemingly doesn't have the actual range for it.
Crazy just how hard that drake and da baby song flopped. If it wasn't for that and the longer track list, he probably wouldn't even hit 45k tbh.

He’s always been more hype than anything and never done significant numbers for someone with as much exposure and features as him, imo. I bet he cares or at least his label does.

yatchy a festival artist he aint booking shows in the clubs like they doing. They can book those shows cause they got legit fanbases, yatchy is a singles and hit driven artist. If he don't got hits he worthless. nikkas and chics in a club aint coming out to see yatchy in st louis or bmore or philly.
Do a show in any of these places and they all bringing more people out
