Yeah he should have taken that Def Jam advance money and moved to Cali/ATL made connections in the Industry kept dropping mixtapes while the drill scene was still on fire.
Yep. Keef is basically living off old money. He's not dropping much music, and when he does it's not doing huge numbers anymore. He doesn't do shows like that and tour everywhere. Dude stays in his crib with his boys, pokes his head out from time to time, has some fun and stays out the way.

Reese coulda did the same shyt, but when that video came out when he was still hot of him whooping on that girl his career was over.

Labels separated themselves after the video of him beating that girl came out. Funny cause it seemed like he had the highest ceiling

But that's always happened tho. Nothing you saying now hasn't happened in previous generations

Im not denying it didn't happen.. Im saying it didn't happen this randomly.. Not here at least.. Black Chicago was thriving despite the off the chain violence in the early 90s.

From the Dan Rayn expressway all the way to Lakeshore drive on 63rd, 71st, 75th, even crunk 79th, 87th and 95th street.. Small black owned shyt everywhere. But when them buildings fell, and the people scattered, the people in those communities moved.. And the businesses left with them..

Nikkas tired breh.

Mfers stealing from people who only got a couple more pennys than them.. And then have the audacity to tell the victim its only a car and get over it..

A lot of people aren't playing anymore..

Only a car???

WHO SAID THAT DUMB shyt.

A House, Car, Jewelry is the top 3 things people spend the most on and try and get the best they can afford.

Every single GQ what I spent my first million on is on this

Reese should be in the dirt for stealing a whip. I don't feel sorry for him one bit.

People on Twitter like “He can’t rap that gangsta shyt anymore”.

Why do people act like street rappers / street nikkas are invincible just because they’re street? They bleed like every other human. Bullets rip through their flesh like every body else.

The mystique of the street rapper / street dude that you would :whoa: around has been destroyed for some time now. It’s like when the bully at school gets knocked the fukk out, they just don’t seem as indestructible anymore. Too many of these dudes are getting killed or laid out on stretchers. People aren’t scared of these dudes like that anymore. :yeshrug:

This!!

Street dudes who I grew up with always waited for the right moment because street dudes never roam to far away from the hood.. The right moment came and they got em.. It was some type of harmony between gangs and the community during that time.. That was honorable.

This shyt going on today wack as fck.. Elderly people catch bullets and kids, on numerous occasions? This shyt going to last long in Chicago.. Definitely on borrowed time..

:gucci::dwillhuh:what hood you grew up in and what time period or you're just going off of stories? The hoods across America was way more savage than it is today. There was no harmony between communities and gangs, most people were just too damn terrified to say shyt and if less innocent were getting shot is only cause most people didn't go outside but for work or grocery. In the 90s black people were literally being held hostage in their own neighborhoods by drug gangs, street gangs, violent crack heads and stick up kids.

Not to mention theft and sex crimes was also out of control.

How you guys even come up with these things
