fukk Wit Me Now was my favorite Wayne song for a looooooong time. It always annoyed me that he never flowed like that again. Mannie fukkin killed that beat. I almost swore that he sampled Goldeneye 64

I agree that Lights Out is underrated

Even 500 degrees had some heat and this was just 2 years before Carter.

Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven
Timeline is starting to get to me a bit, confused in spots.

Next week preview is WHOA

Ima have to rewatch the Bernard scenes cuz I got lost on how he ran into Ford....gotta put the phone down :snoop:

well over $10 million ain’t even half of $51 million smh

That number is not accurate

Those type of numbers can be disclosed in a settlement

Wayne waited this long I doubt he was settle for something he wasn't happy with
also factor in, he was still under contract... drake and nicki were still under contract

you don't get off a label for free... especially not 3, multi platinum, record setting artists....

41 million might have been the cost of freedom for those 3... they all just dropped cash money in an instant and now only signed to 1 nikka instead of 3

hell no

birdman gonna pay monthly

then say he doesn't have it

they gonna have to settle again for even less money

birdman was NOT found libel for funds owed Weezy....

He just have to relieve himself as sole copyright holder of YMCMB recordings

Conflicting reports about the exact dollar amount of the settlement are being circulated, though it’s rumored to be more than $10 million. A source told the outlet that Birdman did not fork over any of the dough for the amount, as it was covered by Universal Records. The major label reportedly settled for the large sum of money due to their belief that they can recoup it from Drake and Nicki Minaj’s forthcoming projects.

Weezy will also reportedly be able to release his long-awaited Tha Carter V album, but it will drop through Universal Records and not Cash Money, as he has finally severed ties with the veteran hip-hop imprint.
