C3 was definitely more than a couple high tho, without including the leaked tracks it’s tracklist is almost all hits.

I don't know about that, CIII sessions had heat all the way. I still think CII is overall, his best work for an album and you can still play it today. I can't find too many songs to bump from CIII, but like I said, I might be in the minority here, cause millions bought that shyt and the albums that came after.

Only argument for C3 being his best album would be if you were including the entirety of the C3 Sessions... Which has about 2 albums worth of classic material IMO... would love to full access to all of Wayne's lost/unreleased files, him and nas
