No way in hell V is better than III, just based off of hits alone it blows V outta the water

III had some of Wayne's biggest hits of his career but songs like Get Money didn't age well, I never ever cared for Lollipop except for Static Major's feature & contributions and A Milli while it was fresh and original at the time, I literally haven't played that song probably since '08 lol. It got played so much....

Mr Carter was a disappointing collab between Wayne and the man he sought to replace Jay. Mrs Officer was cool though.

The thing is I wasnt really feeling III when it first came out and just thought how much the leaks hurted the album. I'm not saying it was a dud...just could had been better.

But it's literally been almost 10 years since I bumped the album so illI go back eventually but I liked C5 instantly and the backstory, the interludes with his mother, and the long wait makes it better.

This is the first time in a long time that Wayne sounds fresh. What I mean by that...you don't sound fatigued listening to him. I began to get burned out listening to Wayne back in the day because he was spamming music like crazy.

That long layoff really helped him.

Just finished this shyt....wack

Weezy voice is just shrill af and punny punchline raps just dont be riding like that.

Sounds like the last few dedication jawns and not in a good way
I like the album
But his flow n voice is the epitome of a lil sister telling her brother she gone tell mama on him

All the new rappers got that
"nah nah na nah na, you can't catch me" flow

That they got from him
