Part of me wants to say Wayne aint really owed that much. Secondly, I doubt Baby even has that much liquid money. He spends too much

The latter is probably the real reason. Baby probably cannot maintain while giving Wayne the 10 to 15 million he is owed.

It could be Baby/universal doesn't believe they would make money back on Carter 5. From what I understand, Wayne turned in the completed album but after that, nothing. So that says to me that someone from Cash Money or Universal heard C5 and was thinking giving Wayne $10 million or whatever as an advance might not be a good investment.


I don't know or care bout Baby personal finances but i do know bruh is cutthroat and only cares bout that $$$. And so at the end of the day that's the only thing this really could be about. If Baby and universal could make $$$ releasing c5 I'm sure they would. I just don't believe they think they can based on Wayne kinda falling off and losing popularity.
