360 just meant he offered Wayne a shytty deal which a 360 is. He didn't offer Wayne what he was worth bottom line. 360 gets a percentage of your show money which is crazy.
What's Wayne receiving from Baby besides kisses and underpayment?

Again nobody said allat SON. They said he should sign with Jay when he was making quality music Jay offered a bad deal in Wayne's prime so NO he shouldn't have signed with Jay get it?
He didn't necessarily offer a bad deal he offered a low advance but Wayne clearly doesn't have good business acumen so the deal coulda been excellent with a low advance. At that point in his career why in the hell would he care about an advance? he should been straight already and eat off the back end.

Wait'll Hov gets caught with an incapacitated teenager behind a Des Moines La Quinta Inn, or a buncha trannies get stampeded and crushed to death at a Beyonce concert, and everyone finds out that these nikkas ain't worth nowhere near seven hundred million dollars.

:wow:shyt is like the biblical apocalypse of the late nineties-aughts rappers. nikkas getting their skirts pulled up left and right, hitting their mid-thirties and forties broke as fukk, barely literate, strung out on dope with zero job skills and a felony record.

Might as well have never rapped and just sat on a porch in the hood for twenty years.

Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven
Why can't he sue the parent company Universal?
Cause universal is paying cash money. Wayne is fukking stupid

According to HIS court docs it went like this

Universal signs cash money. They pay cash money. That's that. They have no other obligations to anyone

Wayne signs to cash money. Cash money didn't pay him correctly. FROM JUMP. He threatens to leave. Back when hov wanted to sign him.

Baby says "look. Sign back with me. I'll pay half what I owe you. Plus the other half later. Plus double for your next albums". Wayne is like :ohhh::takedat::wow:

So baby never pays the nikka none of this shyt. Wayne threatens to leave again. :sadcam:

So baby steps to this nikka like "look. I'll pay you half of what I owe. Plus the rest later. Plus triple on the next albums. Plus give you ownership in young money. Plus money from that." :troll:

Wayne is like :blessed::blessed::blessed:

So baby never pays him none of that shyt.

NOW he finally want to sue. :snoop:

He didn't learn his lesson after the first 2 times getting jerked. And still kept signing back like a dummy.

Universal is paying cash money so it ain't their problem what baby doing with the money. Their contract is fulfilled.

Baby don't want to drop carter 5 cause he'll owe Wayne like 10-20 million based on the paying triple promises. And he know Wayne ain't recouping no 20 million dollars

And in case anyone asks. Drake and Nicki probably getting paid cause baby don't owe them no 51 million. He probably got them in some fukked up deal but he paying it cause it's cheap. They ain't complaining cause they got so many other deals that they stay paid anyway.

Wayne. Not so much. That boy has ZERO business sense. Not really any movies. No big endorsement deals. He don't even own that clothing line he sports.

Should have just took the 150k from hov

Ignore the elephant in the room known as UNIVERSAL brehs

Lil Wayne sues Universal Music Group for $40 million in unpaid profits
From the article

"With Universal's knowledge of Lil Wayne's rights to partial ownership and profits from those artists, Universal and Cash Money entered into a series of agreements which, among other things, diverted Lil Wayne's substantial profits to repay debts of Cash Money," the suit alleges.

"As a result, 100% of the profits that should have been paid to Lil Wayne as a result of his ownership of Drake, Nicki Minaj and Tyga records have been seized by Universal to repay debts that were neither incurred by nor were the obligations of Lil Wayne."

Again. Universal just signing contracts with cash money/young money. Wayne don't own a majority, therefore he wouldn't be the one in CONTROL of what contracts the company signs

You can own 49% of the shares in Nike. If someone owns the other 51% they have the control and make the decisions.

Wayne should have known that and made moves accordingly. Or had it in writing that decisions couldn't be made without him

All this stuff is legal talk. Wayne was probably too high and too trusting during all this shyt

J.Cole never reached the heights of Lil Wayne and won't reach them.
But he got paid and ain't suing his boss right and ain't millions in debt with several lawsuits against him and the fbi raiding his home for his belongings :sas2:

TYRONE GA!
Expect the man that don't pay lawyers and producers to ante up brehs.

All Wayne is gonna have is another unpaid court fee...

Can we start a hip hop industry 101 class with case studies? How to not get fukked etc...

I can't believe dudes still getting caught up with bad paperwork lol. No creative control and a 49% stake in his "label"

:scusthov:

Wayne fukked up thinking :birdman: wouldn't fukk him over the way he did Juvie, Turke, Fresh and countless others that have dealt with the label over the years. He thought wrong.

No different than signing with Puff.

This.

It seems like a real toxic incestuous relationship that birdman manipulated for his own good ... he never really had Wayne's best interest in mind . It's like a domestic abuse situation ... Shyts sad.
