The other day comin from seein my plant supplier I'm listenin to some download shyt, some youngins ran up on the car dapped me up and gave me the :scust:face when they heard some of this shyt out the speakers....I had to explain it was just a listening session between me and my roll dawg....which it was. But they're reaction had me pleasantly surprised ....the youth ain't all the same, most know trash when they hear it.

When i was a teenager normal black kids didnt dress like weirdos

This kid looks and sounds like a homo. He must be a descendent of africa bambaata.
When I started high school (04) we was on wayne, gucci, jay, still reeling off outkast project and just found out about little brother :wow: I went to one of the biggest schools in my county and It was rare a nikka would say my favorite rapper is Mr.chocolate from d4l .. nowadays the whole game is Mr.Chocolates :scust:

:flabbynsick: got me in the prime of my life feeling like holmes

Sad to see dudes who have influence like Drama and other j's not steering the youth in a good direction. Instead letting them lead.

Another generation thats gonna grow up looking at the older cats like "damn you supposed to lead us and give us the direction, not follow 13 year olds and you 38, y'all screwed us"

how are you going to be a grown man listening to nursery rhymes?

the plus side is that FOR THE MOST PART every rapper that ever wanted to have a career longer than 2 or 3 years had to learn to rap at some point or fade into obscurity i.e. young jeezy(who made some ignorant comments about nas and hiphop) and rick ross
you can come around and respect hip hop at a bare minimum level or GTFO:camby:

word to waka flocka, oj da juiceman, shawty lo, yung joc, mims, mike jones, chief keef, kreayshawn, etc

Same here breh started HS in 06 and shyt was way different. Doesn't seem like that long ago but a nikka would never be able to be on this flexible XL weirdo shyt back then.

If these nikkas could actually rap it wouldnt be a problem:yeshrug:

He's appealing to his fanbase so I get it...

Let him have his moment. And in 3 years when he's no longer a teen and won get a pass for rapping about nothing we'll all look back and laugh

Yachty is one artist I completely don't understand how his appeal lol. He sounds like a slow kid trying to rap. It's just not for me I guess. My 12 year old nephew loves him.
