I don't understand why teams keep offering 2nd tier stars supermax contracts(Westbrook,Lillard,Wall). If you're team isn't a legit title contender, you are hamstringing your franchise by giving your 2nd tier star a supermax contract.I would offer Dame a 4 year 120m contract (30m) and tell him to take it or leave.
