lipstickalley is first and foremost a celeb gossip site, a lot of people dont even realize its a black women's forum.. most of the linkbacks are from googling celebs and lsa threads pop up high in the results. one major thing they have going for them is that young people continually register and become apart of the community, 20s are the majority on that site.

thecoli and misc have a similar chart, the same drop in oct.. did some incel shyt happen on the news or something? both these sites now the major demographic has hit their 30s, so no new blood coming in like lsa. guess young men are drawn to other places... where do all the young ppl hang out now?!

Coli been stale the last 1yr 1/2. Been here since the end of 2016 and a lot of good posters left the site and the trolls and so-called H.O.H nikkas took control. Chaos.

I don’t mind the traffic being mediocre. We have all the people we need, almost.

But what I don’t like, is what seems to me like a permanently closed “new member registration”(any forum could use new blood every now and then).

I don’t like exclusive features that separated the Coli from other forums(an actual home page with dope banners, Most Daps, Who’s Viewing, hashtags, Featured Threads on the homepage), being stripped away.

Owners don’t care, and it shows. @cook probably saw what was coming and didn’t want any parts of the decline so he bounced.

I do miss these features. What gives?
