It's not easy to rank pro wrestlers. You need to specify some criteria. But if we purely ranking stars (former world champs) based on in ring ability

(in no order)
Shawn
Flair
Hart
Savage
Eddie
Benoit
Angle
Steamboat
Bryan

You might throw in some more old timers and a couple puro's ahead of him but that's it. I'd probably put Taker/Perfect right below Jericho. Styles too but it's only recently he's been a primetime star who's put on great bigtime matches

As far as stardom, drawing power, and influence though Jericho ain't cracking the top 25/30

He probably wouldn't make my top 100 tbf, so not about to work out who is directly above him. But from his prime era, those above him are: Angle, Taker, Austin, HHH, Rock, Benoit, Ultimo Dragon, RVD, Eddie Guerrero, Rey Mysterio... the list from his era just goes on and on. Chris had great matches with great opponents. When in there with an average, he wasn't worth shyt. For example, Benoit got great matches out of A Train and Billy Gunn - Jericho wasn't. Undertaker could create spectacles and drama with his character - Jericho couldn't. He wasn't a draw, his work is overrated and his in-ring stock reflects all the comedy he is now doing. Nobody is treating him seriously, because he is likely on the way out for good.

I do have plenty of fond Jericho memories so I don't want this to sound too negative. But no way does he make my top 100.

STING

That list is somewhat in order. Honestly, I have Flair on there due to rep more than anything. Though Savage and Flair were in their primes pretty much the same time, I was just more of a Savage fan than him, plus, Savage was out of the loop for awhile, so I never got to see him looked washed like Sting and Flair. RVD was always my favorite ECW guy, so I gotta have him up there. Been watching Styles from day one and love his evolution to what he is today. Booker T and DDP were always my favorite ECW guys.

Never was a Hogan mark either, even as a kid. Plus Hogan lacked the cool factor of nearly every guy I have on that list. Even during the NWO days, Hogan lacked the cool factor...just so happened that Hall and Nash were the 100% definition of cool.

Your list is your list, i dont buy forcing guys in just because youre supposed to. I'm sure Bobo Brazil was a GOAT but :yeshrug:

This :salute:only dude like that I'd put on my list is Flair, and that's cause he deserves a spot since he wrestled in damn near every decade, so even somewhat new wrestling fans were able to see him, even if it was in TNA.
