...The Beatles!?
How are the beatles some culture vultures!?
How are the beatles some culture vultures!?
FixedThecoli is such a weird place. These guys just look for reasons to be outraged to justify their shyt lives. Culture vultur, racism etc its all distraction
And she has openly admitted she is inspired by our music .kind of a mixture of both, but she just falls under the classic female "singer/songwriter" thing more than anything. You got Sam Smith and Winehouse in there too. I disagree with that. Its tough to call a lot of British artists culture vultures; they value artistry over there more than we do here. These people (adele, winehouse, etc...) grew up listening to a lot of different shyt and truly value and are inspired by it. Compared to someone like Post Malone... well.. you know
@ the r&b section
1) All those artists have talent minus Eamon
2) you put Eamon on the same list as those artists
i don't think anyone really knows what a culture vulture is (besides for certain obvious examples) and people are gonna throw the phrase around like they do industry plant.
But Adele did? lol just because the op didn't mention them doesn't mean that wasn't his intention. Hell for all we know, he doesn't know who they are.If you what you are saying was true then people would have said Teena Marie. No one mentioned her because she was singularly outstanding and she was a true R&B singer rather than just some white chick just stealing Black music and claiming it for White people.
Hell another White chick that acknowledged her love for Black music was Stevie Nicks. But she didn't just go around clipping Black music and claiming it as her own.
not cause he's white, cause he sharked a nikkas whole voice and style, and then threw shade at him on ESPN.
And Designer did the same thing and so has others and they've gotten flack so wtf are you saying?
White rappers and soul singer's are powerless artist just doing what they love.
