Maybe, but I'm thinking Deion won't want his son to sit out an entire season or if the starter is playing well he's going to be in the media advocating for Shedeur to start. Despite the negatives on Shedeur from his non scrambling to mid arm strength to his arrogance, I think Deion looming over everything on him playing or not is scaring owners, GMs, coaches, etc.
