Why would you draft two QB's two rounds apart after signing Flacco and trading for a bum like Pickett. Zero direction or leadership displayed.

Shedeur is way better than a 5th round prospect so excellent value there but they need to dump Gabriel.

Flacco is washed and on his way out the door soon; they can't rely on him being the starter much longer and wouldn't be surprised if they cut or trade him.

I don't know what they're going to do with Pickett but they might wave him too.
