Bunch of ways to go about it. Reigns beat Orton cleanly at SummerSlam and went on to win the Rumble, which earns you a one-on-one with the champion.

If Orton deserves a shot (which he does) for losing in a triple-threat to someone who didn't even earn the 'Mania shot via the Royal Rumble then Rome should be the no. 2 contender (behind Lesnar, who'd have the most legit gripe of the 3).

This is the type of character Kane should have been all along instead of being Goldar for the authority. Seth Rollins is basically just a powerful monster of the week, Kane has actual clout. Hopefully Steph and HHH don't make him step down and just let them co-exist with tension. But you know he's going to get fired or jumped out.
