I'm pretty sure I have it without being diagnosed. once I cut out / cut back on

Alcohol
Fried foods (I have gallstones so this helps on several levels)
Caffeinated drinks (big one for me, coffee / tea does a number on me)
Sodas made with hfcs


Its been super manageablemy mom has Crohn's and I've been tested but nothing conclusive

Trust my condition is fine at the moment but there was a time where I used to live in the bathroom. I used to have a ritual. Once I finished eating, I take 30 minutes by the toilet just to prepare for the worst.
