40k monthly is 480k yearly for life - is nice but considering COL and inflation you are short changing yourself. Plus you could drop dead tomorrow

Building just one 30,000 sq ft warehouse to lease at $9 dollars a sq foot out on the land would be 3.2 million a year. The warehouse would pay for itself in less than a year. You could build multiple warehouses on 500 acres of land.

Getting the money to build the warehouse wouldn’t be hard at all with 500 acres to use as collateral

40k/month for a year with out taxes is 480k, you times that by 40 assuming the person is 30 so a life expectancy of 70 years old and you have 19.2 million without taxes being deducted.


500 acres subdivided into quarter acre lots equals 2000 lots. That’s 10,000sqft lots. Assuming you can only build on 1800 lots. At just an average of 250k per home you’re grossing 450 million not including permits, construction and materials.
How much after permits, construction, materials, landscaping etc. ?
